ZetaVolt in ChatGPT and Claude

Bring your ZetaVolt CRM, supply chain, Volt files and Workshop documents into the chat you already use. You sign in to ZetaVolt, choose one space — your own or one company — and whether the app may add records as well as read them.

Set up

The connector address:

https://zetavolt.org/mcp

  1. Claude: Customize → Connectors → find ZetaVolt in the directory (or Add custom connector and paste the address) → Connect.
  2. ChatGPT: open ZetaVolt in the app directory (or, where your plan allows, add an app with the address) → Connect.
  3. Sign in to ZetaVolt — or make an account on the way — then choose the space and whether the app may add things, and press Allow.
  4. Ask, for example: “Using ZetaVolt, what are my open deals?”, “Is anything in my supply chain late or running low?”, “Find Summit in ZetaVolt and tell me who I know there.”

You need a ZetaVolt account (making one is part of connecting) and to be 18 or older. Nothing to install.

What it can do

  • Search ZetaVolt searchReads only

Find people, customers (companies), contacts, deals, Volt files and Ask Zeta chats in the person’s ZetaVolt space that match the words given. Returns results with an id for fetch and a link to open each in ZetaVolt.

  • Open a ZetaVolt record fetchReads only

Read one record found by search, by its id: a company (with its contacts and open deals), a contact, a deal, or the text of a Volt file.

  • Ask Zeta ask_zetaReads only

Ask Zeta, ZetaVolt’s AI, to work something out from the company’s own ZetaVolt records — for example “prepare me for tomorrow”, “which deals are at risk”, or “what changed this week”. Every line says which record it came from. Nothing is changed.

  • Your deals list_dealsReads only

The company’s open deals in the ZetaVolt CRM: how many sit in each stage, their total value, and the largest ones with their company and close date.

  • Supply chain status supply_chain_statusReads only

Where the company’s supply chain stands in ZetaVolt Supply Chain Management: suppliers at risk, open and late shipments, open purchase orders, and items running low — computed from the company’s own records.

  • Add a company to the CRM add_companyAdds (never changes or deletes)

Add a customer or prospect company to the company’s ZetaVolt CRM. If one with exactly this name is already there, it is returned instead of adding a second.

  • Add a contact to the CRM add_contactAdds (never changes or deletes)

Add a person to the company’s ZetaVolt CRM, linked to their company when that company is already in the CRM (by its exact name or id).

  • Add a deal to the CRM add_dealAdds (never changes or deletes)

Add a deal (opportunity) to the company’s ZetaVolt CRM, linked to a company already in the CRM when one is named.

  • Save a file to Volt save_to_voltAdds (never changes or deletes)

Save text (notes, a summary, Markdown, CSV) as a new file in Volt, the person’s protected file store in ZetaVolt — in their own space or their company’s, whichever this connection is for.

  • Make a Workshop document create_documentAdds (never changes or deletes)

Make a document in the ZetaVolt Workshop that the person can keep editing there. Content uses simple marks: "# " heading, "## " subheading, "- " bullet, "1. " numbered, "> " quote, "---" divider, blank line between paragraphs.

  • Send code to Code & Deploy push_codeAdds (never changes or deletes)

Push files into a ZetaVolt Code & Deploy project (made if it does not exist yet) as one commit. Send every file’s path and full text content. Use mode "merge" to add or change only the files sent, or "replace" (the default) to make the project exactly these files. Nothing is deployed by this; the person deploys from ZetaVolt with verification and rollback.

What it never does

  • It never deletes or changes a record, sends or reads messages, approves anything, or moves money.
  • It never sees another company, or your own files when you connected a company (and the other way round).
  • Adding is off unless you tick it when connecting, and is checked against your level in the company on every request.

Sign-in and your data

  • Sign-in is OAuth 2.1 with PKCE; the app never sees your ZetaVolt password. Access lasts an hour and is renewed while you keep using it.
  • Each request returns only what that question needs from the space you chose. What the chat app then keeps is governed by its own privacy policy.
  • Every connection and request is recorded in your company’s history (without the content). Disconnect at any time on Connected apps.
