Android phones and tablets

About 20 seconds, straight from your browser — no Play Store needed.

  1. 1Open zetavolt.org/download in Chrome (Samsung Internet, Edge and Firefox work too).
  2. 2If you see an Install ZetaVolt button on this page, tap it. Otherwise tap the browser’s ⋮ menu and choose Install app (some phones say Add to Home screen).
  3. 3Tap Install. ZetaVolt appears with your other apps — open it and sign in once.

  1. 1Tap Download ZetaVolt.apk, then open it from your notifications or Downloads.
  2. 2If Android asks, tap Settings and allow Install unknown apps for your browser (only this once), then go back.
  3. 3Tap Install, then Open.

Updating later? If Android says the app can’t be updated, remove the old ZetaVolt first, then install the new one. Browser install (above) always stays up to date by itself.

iPhone and iPad

About 20 seconds. Apple lets you add ZetaVolt from Safari — no App Store needed.

  1. 1Open zetavolt.org/download in Safari (on iOS 16.4 or later, Chrome works too).
  2. 2Tap the Share button — at the bottom of the screen on iPhone, at the top on iPad.
  3. 3Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. 4Tap Add. ZetaVolt is now on your home screen — open it like any app and sign in once.

ZetaVolt is coming soon to Android and Apple devices through these stores. Until then, install it straight from your browser — it’s the same app.

Good to know

  • It’s the whole platform — nothing is left out of the app.
  • Sign in once with your ZetaVolt account. No new account, no store account.
  • It updates itself: every time you open it, you have the newest ZetaVolt.
  • It needs the internet. Without a connection it says so and lets you try again.
  • To remove it, press and hold its icon and choose Remove (or Uninstall), like any app.
