Terms of Service

Last updated 14 October 2026. Zetavolt LLC, Florida, United States.

These are the terms for using ZetaVolt — the website, the apps for Android, iPhone and iPad, and everything inside them (the CRM, Supply Chain Management, HR, RFQ, Live, the dialer, Zeta, Volt, the Workshop, Code & Deploy, Social and Athlete). ZetaVolt is made and run by Zetavolt LLC, a Florida company (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using ZetaVolt you agree to them, and to the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

1. Who can use ZetaVolt

2. Companies, Owners and the people in them

3. Plans, billing and payment

4. Content rules

ZetaVolt is for everyone, so some things are not allowed anywhere on it, including in Zeta, Live and the Workshop: explicit or sexual content, cursing in any language, slurs, hate speech, racism, sexism, extremist content, and anything illegal or that harms others. Everything shared is checked automatically when it is shared; content that breaks the rules is not shared or is removed, and counts as a warning. Three warnings restrict an account. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules or the law.

5. Your content and ours

6. Zeta learns from use

7. The dialer and messaging

When you call, text or email people through ZetaVolt you must follow the laws that apply to you, including the TCPA and Do Not Call rules in the United States, consent and calling-hour rules, and the equivalents where your contacts are. Recording and transcribing calls may need consent from everyone on the call; it is your responsibility to get it. Numbers and minutes may be withdrawn for abuse.

8. Code & Deploy, Live and sites you publish

9. RFQ and government data

RFQ reads public sources (for example SAM.gov and USAspending). We do not guarantee that a notice, award, forecast or recompete is complete, current or correct, and nothing in RFQ is a promise of an award. Check the source before you bid.

10. Services you connect

When you connect another service (Slack, Google, Microsoft, a CRM, an AI app such as ChatGPT or Claude, or a payment or shipping system), you allow ZetaVolt to use it as you direct, under that service’s own terms. Disconnect any of them at any time.

11. Ending an account

12. No warranty; limits on our responsibility

ZetaVolt is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not promise business results. To the fullest extent the law allows, Zetavolt LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, and our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing). Some places do not allow some of these limits; then they apply as far as they can.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction, except that either side may seek an injunction anywhere to protect its rights. Consumers keep any rights their own law gives them that cannot be waived.

14. Changes to these terms

When these terms change in a way that matters, we show a notice in the app before the change applies and update the date at the top. Using ZetaVolt after that date means you accept the new terms.

15. Contact

Zetavolt LLC, Florida, United States. Support is automatic and self-serve: answers, refunds, cancellations, data export and account deletion are all available in the app and on Help. Email: zetavolt@zetavolt.org (answered automatically).
