Browser extension
ZetaVolt in Chrome and Edge
Ask Zeta about the page you are on, save it to Volt, and add the person you are looking at to your CRM as a lead — from a side panel next to any page.
From the Chrome Web Store: coming soon. Until then it installs in five steps below, the way every browser lets you add an extension yourself.
The extension signs in to your ZetaVolt. Make your profile first — it takes a minute.
What it does
- Ask Zeta about this pageType a question, or select words and right-click → Ask Zeta. Zeta answers from the page, with your plan’s Zeta; when this month’s Zeta credits are used it still answers from the page’s own sentences.
- Save this page to VoltThe page’s words, with its address and what you selected, become a file in your Volt — or your company’s, whichever you signed in to.
- Add this person as a leadOn a profile or team page, Zeta fills in the name, title, company, email and phone the page shows. You check it, then add it to your CRM — never twice.
Install it
- Press Download the extension and unzip the file. Keep the folder somewhere it will stay, such as Documents.
- Chrome: type
chrome://extensions in the address bar. Edge: type edge://extensions. - Turn on Developer mode (top right in Chrome, on the left in Edge).
- Press Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder — the one with
manifest.json in it. - Press the puzzle-piece button next to the address bar, pin ZetaVolt, then press it: the side panel opens. Alt+Shift+Z opens it too.
Signing in
Press Sign in with ZetaVolt. ZetaVolt’s own sign-in page opens in a small window: sign in, choose your own space or one company, and whether it may add things as well as read. The extension never sees your password. It shows on Connected apps as “The ZetaVolt browser extension”, where one press disconnects it; Sign out in the side panel does the same.
What it reads, and when
- Nothing, until you press a button in its side panel or choose it on the right-click menu. Then it reads that one page: its words, its title and address, what you selected, and the profile details the page publishes.
- Those words go to your ZetaVolt only for what you pressed — an answer, a file in Volt, or a lead you checked first. A page it is not allowed to read yet asks you once, with your browser’s own question.
- Your company’s history records that the extension was used and for what, never the page itself.
What it never does
- It never reads a page by itself or follows what you browse, and it never reads what you type into a form — passwords and card numbers included.
- It never fills in forms, clicks for you, sends messages, deletes anything or reaches another company.
- It adds only what you press for, as your level in the company allows.

Browser extensions run on a computer. On a phone, Ask Zeta is in the ZetaVolt app and at the top of every page.
